By registering and becoming a member of the Silver Comet Races learning & community community, also known as SILVERCOMETRACES.COM, I hereby authorize the owners and administrators of SILVERCOMETRACES.COM to post and share published photographs submitted by me under my registered username, legal name and likeness, for use in news posts, print, online photo galleries, online and video-based marketing materials, as well as other Company publications.
I hereby release and hold harmless the owners of SILVERCOMETRACES.COM, Dana L. Greene from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images specified above.
I further acknowledge that my registration and participation is voluntary and that I am not expected to receive compensation of any type associated with the self-submittal, taking, or publication of any photos or participation in community marketing advertisements or other publications. Furthermore, I openly acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.
I hereby release the owners of SILVERCOMETRACES.COM, Dana L. Greene, its contractors, its employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials for SILVERCOMETRACES.COM, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.

Greene, to post and share published photographs submitted by me, a registered user over the required age of 18, under my registered username, legal name and likeness, for use in news posts, print, online photo galleries, online and video-based marketing materials, as well as other Company publications.
I hereby release and hold harmless the owners of SILVERCOMETRACES.COM, Dana L. Greene, from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images of any children submitted by said registered user above.
Further, I attest that I am a parent, legal guardian, or adult with full authority to consent and authorize the owners of SILVERCOMETRACES.COM, Dana L. Greene, to use their likenesses and names.
I further acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that neither I, the minor child, or minor children will receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in company marketing materials or other Company publications.
